And if you're already in training, now is the moment to set yourself ambitious goals and enjoy your improved positive body feeling.
Don't forget to always make the time and energy for your health, especially when confronted with the excitement that's apparent. Only when you have a healthy body, can your mind function in an equally healthy way. Pay particular attention to your body, if there's the slightest sign of weakness, a minor problem or even injury, take appropriate precautions.
It's the right time to invest in your health! You can make the most of your initial enthusiasm by using your newly acquired interest in physical exercise to maximum effect! Take your bike and your partner and go for pleasurable trips in the fresh air! You'll see activities like this don't only get your circulation going, but also help to set your heart on fire again and they're fun.
Success at work and in your love life requires a healthy body. Sufficient physical exercise and a low-fat diet are therefore desirable and necessary - which should not be any problem for you at the moment.
